Narrative:
The College’s Website also provides
guidance on contacting the Commission if there is evidence that appears to
support the College’s significant non-compliance with a requirement or standard
or if a complaint is to be filed against the Commission. A link is provided to
the Commission’s Complaint Procedures
against the Commission or its Accredited Institutions (Ref. 3.14.1-3).
Public access is also provided on
the website to the MECC Public Complaint
Policy and Procedures (Ref. 3.14.1-4). Student complaints are directed to the student Grievance Procedure (Ref. 3.14.1-5), which is addressed in Federal Requirement 4.5 of this Compliance
Report.
