If your student account on the self service panel shows, “You have no outstanding charges", and you are or have been enrolled in another community college, go to the bottom of the page and change your user preference to Mountain Empire Community College, click O.K., go out of the screen and back into the self service panel.  Your user preference will be MECC and your charges will show.  Now you can make your payment to Mountain Empire Community College. After you make your payment, if you wish to change your user preference back to the other college, follow the same instructions to do so.
