Signal Knob Middle School's Financial Fitness Project

As part of their project, "How Does It Work?," members created PowerPoints and fake checkbooks for each 8th grade FACS student.  Students were educated by their peers on how to write a check, fill out a deposit slip, and balance a checkbook.  Students learned that these are relevant life skills they will need in the future.
