Virginia Appalachian Tricollege Nursing Program

Located off Route 460 at 21471 Riverside Drive in the Grundy Plaza is the Virginia Appalachian Tricollege Nursing Program off-campus site of SwVCC. The off-campus site in Grundy accepts new students every other year in even numbered years.

Information about admission requirements and the admission procedure is available through the SwVCC catalog or by contacting the off-campus site office in the Grundy Plaza.

Selection of students into the program is determined by criteria that includes GPA, completion of general education courses, LPN license, being on previous year’s alternate list, and PSB Exam scores for academic aptitude and natural science aptitude. All SwVCC policies, VATNP policies and the VATNP curriculum apply to students enrolled at this site.
